Assessment of administrative and human resources structures of SARAS
A team of human resources management experts from Greek public bodies arrived to Tbilisi on a five-day visit to provide an overview of current organizational and human resources structures of SARAS.
During the visit, the invited experts reviewed the documents related to SARAS strategy, organizational structure and HR management capacity. They met and conducted diagnostic interviews with relevant staff members, including heads of departments and the head of SARAS, who helped them fully understand the tasks and functions of each department.
In addition, based on the EU Customs Competency Framework, the short-term experts delivered a presentation on EU good practices concerning the use of effective human resource management systems that are also implemented by HAASOB.
The assessment results along with recommendations for future actions were documented in a report and shared with SARAS.
